By accessing or using the Flyerama website and our shared direct mail services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Flyerama guarantees industry category exclusivity per scheduled 5,000-home delivery drop. However, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Flyerama reserves the right to define business categories at its sole discretion.
Payments must be made prior to the printing deadline. Once a proof is approved by the client and sent to print, no refunds can be issued due to the custom nature of our co-op flyers.
Delivery is executed via Canada Post. Flyerama relies on official Statements of Mailing from Canada Post as proof of delivery and is not liable for minor postal delays outside of our control.
